We actually enjoy eating at home. Although we do not cook as often as we like, we know for sure that the food we make at home is healthier (no refined white sugar, no MSG, no overdose on salt, carb/starchy stuff, no artificial flavors or ingredients).
Normally before dinner, we would make a raw fruit/vegetable smoothie to drink.
Tonight's dinner, we had two dishes:
Organic everything: ground pork with sprouted tofu (cooked with miso) over brown rice
Steamed egg with kelp (decorated with a few drops of organic soya sauce)
